EDMVA (EDMVirginia.com) was started by artists for artists because there was a recognition that there were many hard-working, experienced VA based DJs in need of talent representation. A desire to share the skills of these DJs with as many people as possible drove EDMVA to go out and hand select the members of its roster so that it represented a good cross-section of the DJ talent that Virginia has to offer. We chose only DJs who had plenty of experience DJing at parties and who have proven through the years through their performances and professional attitudes that they are some of the best DJs in the Commonwealth.

EDMVA was created for the artists to have an avenue to spread their music to the masses at upcoming dance events. Though many of the artists are able to get plenty of gigs on their own, EDMVA strives to search for additional opportunities for our DJs to perform that they may not have been able to realize on their own. We will be pushing to get our artists on as many lineups as possible within VA, along the East Coast and across the US in order to show everyone how great the talent pool is in Virginia.

The EDMVA Artist Booking Agency is managed by George and Angela. George is a veteran DJ/Producer and has been involved in the EDM scene since 2000. He started out DJing in Atlanta, GA before moving to Virginia and becoming very active in the scene earning residencies with several promotion companies and throwing events as well with Vinyl Tactics and Funk It Productions. Angela has been a part of the dance music scene in VA/DC/MD area since 1999 and was an intricate part of the DC based promotion company, Breakbeat Energy. She is originally from the Virginia area.
